Soft and common in newer homes, but holds oily soiling in walkways.
Polypropylene
Common in rentals and newer homes. Resists most stains, but attracts oily soiling, so walkways turn grey.

Yes. Let us know about parking and access when you book so the truck can get close enough for the hoses to reach.
Why does carpet look dirty again soon after a cheap clean?
Usually because soap or detergent was left behind. Sticky residue attracts dirt quickly. We rinse the carpet thoroughly and pull the water back out, so there’s nothing left to attract dirt.
Can you clean around furniture that can’t be moved, like a piano?
Yes. We clean right up to and around heavy pieces, and you’ll see the difference straight away.
